Shifter arm on tranny wont move

I've searched this but nothing similar to my problem has came up. Shifter isn't moving side to side at all so I pulled the cables off the arms on the transmission and the arm that is on the right side if you're facing it in front of the car will not budge. The other arm moves freely. I thought it was my cables binding or had come loose but that's not the case. Does this mean I have bent shift forks?

Ive been fighting the exact same problems...look at the threads I started in this section there is some good advice in them...
