Shell to Running car

So i bought a shell, 92 talon tsi, i need to get it running because it needs to be moved. I searched but could not find a thread on this. If there is one please post a link. So far i have the motor, tranny, transfer case, wheels, axles, rear end, B16g Turbo, and i think thats it. Im not running ac or power steering. What else do i need , thanks.

That is such an open ended question. First off what year motor. You could have a large undertaking of rewiring to do if say you bought a '90 motor with a '92 shell and with whatever year ecu you have.

how did you know it was a motor from the 90, I didn't see him mention it. also to the OP I recommend that you go ahead and make sure you have every single bolt if not order it now and replace it before you install anything inside the engine bay. How about a balance shaft delete, a new timing belt, tensioner ect. Anything you can do to it before install.

He didn't specify, and that was my point. To the OP your going to have to look for guides on each task individually, there is no "i bought a shell... now what" thread. You will have to get an ecu, a 91+ would be easiest. Also you need to start looking for all the smaller pieces that you might not have. Motor mounts and bolts, you didn't list driveshaft, the list could go on and on.

Car came with the driveshaft, I have arp head and main studs. The question is I just don't know everything it takes to make a car to run, starter, alternator, radiator, I'm getting mounts soon, I know this was an open ended question, I don't need to know years or anything like that. I can search to figure that out.

As far as the motor goes I know what I need to get. Just need new belts an oil pan, and the balance shaft delelte kit.
