Well guy's been back a week and 3 days, and just started on my build. Plans right now are to have a DD/AutoX/RallyX vehicle.
On to the parts

- Evo 3 16g, Evo 3 Exhaust Manifold, Evo 3 o2 housing
- 2.5 TBE
-No Name FMIC
-FIC Bluemaxx 1450cc injectors
-Wideband
-2g MAS
-Camber plates, AGX adjustable struts with H&R lowering springs
-ECMlink V3

I still need to get a fuel rail, afpr and fuel pump, and 4bolt lsd.

My VC had a leak at the gasket and on top, thats the only leak I found to the motor itself. I pulled the battery, and the intake cold charge pipe, and am now trying to figure out getting this bumper off...so many bolts in hidden places.

Hopefully I can have everything back together and cleaned up motorwise by April. Still waiting on a good 4bolt lsd to pop up.

That magazine/manual/book for building 4G63 engines looks pretty neat. where did that come from?

I ordered that while I was deployed from Amazon.com...has alot of info from the guys from RRE...breaking everything down...
 
Yea its gonna look like a missile when I done. My only focus is getting her running good...def need to get 4 matching wheels...thinking about 4 steel wheels...for some reason im liking that look.

and picked up a Wally 255 and AFPR w/kit on craigslist last night...now I just need to get a timing belt and aftermarket 2g mas intake
 
Took off my fuel rail and stock 450 injectors, and started hooking up the afpr...but it looks like im missing an adapter for the -6 an to rail....:(....hopefully FATS has some.
 
Well a few minor set backs, the J-Pipe won't work for me...the angle is way off...i just realized that I was supposed to use the stock line from the fuel filter to the fuel rail...my evo3 o2 housing will not fit the exhaust downpipe I have...and which from the looks of it is just a stock gvr4 downpipe without the cat welded up to a 2.5in pipe all the way back to a str8 thru muffler....ugh....well at least im well on my way as soon as these problems are taken care of....
 
More fail...I just received all the hardware I ordered from STM, nothing fits...
The o2 housing studs are too big for both my Evo 3 o2 housing and E316g hot side...
this is so aggravating!!!!!!!
 
Despite the wrong studs being sent from STM...I reused my stock o2 housing bolts since they looks pretty good. Hopefully it won't come back to bite me in the rear. But heres a few pics of whats been done today. Hopefully I'll be finished with everything motorwise by the 26th.

Really that J-ppe won't work for you. Now I thought for sure that it would have bolted up fine. Bought it Brand new & it was never used. Now I'm wondering what the deal is with that. What is at the wrong angle or what?

Yea me too...But its just the wrong angle. I could get it cut and re-welded to the right angle. Other than the angle it would have been perfect.

Unless there is a difference between a J-pipe for a 2g set up compared to 1g set up but I don't know for sure hopefully you can get it fixed for your set up sorry to here about that.
 
Well I decided to go EWG with the E316g...so in enroute is Punishment O2 w/ Synapse 40mm wastegate. So a very loud GVR4 to see hopefully by the end of the month.

Thanks me too. Now is just a waiting game. Missing various pieces to complete it. 4 Bolt LSD is enroute, EPROM is going to be sent out on Tuesday to get socketed, Brand New radiator is enroute, KYB AGX struts with H&R Lowering springs are enroute, o2 with wastegate enroute. Man do I hate waiting on parts tho. I might need to order new fmic piping. Hopefully the stock transmission and clutch can hold 20 psi!!!!! :D
 
Another setback...the guy I bought the 4 Bolt from emails me today saying, he didnt realize I was up in alaska, So to ship the LSD with the axles and cups will be $290 on top of the $280 I've already paid. This is 1 of the reasons I hate Alaska.
 
Just had to open a dispute on the guy I sent money to for the LSD, he hasn't replied to any of my emails or PM's. I'm now staying local with all purchases, since ####ing assholes think they can just take your money after they said they will send it back since shipping is so much. Hopefully my EWG and o2 housing gets here today.
 
Now that blow's did you use E-bay to pay for your LSD with axle's & cups purchase?

I used paypal, and it was forsale in the classifieds on here. So i'm doing everything in my power to get the word out about this guy and bring him down.
 
well started dropping the turbo assembly back in today. BUT, as I was tightening up the oil feed banjo bolt to the head I snapped the new banjo bolt....FAIL....now i gotta get it out...only about 2 millimeters of it is sticking out...back to the parkerstore i'll be going.
