sfmu = how much boost

those of you with a walbro 255 and a sfmu how much boost can you run safely? i just picked one up for a good deal and when i put my built motor in my car i would like to know what to expect.

since u have a built bottom end..it all depends on ur inj and fuel setup ,if u are on stock inj with sfmu i wouldn't push over 7-8lbs of boost..becarful with the walbro if its not the high pressure one(the reg one doesn't handle to well at high pressure)..i myself run 400cc inj,sfmu,walbro,hrc inline fuel pump and i kinda max out at 14-15lbs.

With upgraded injectors, you can hit 15 PSI no problem.

what fuel ratio disk should i put in it?

SFMU w/ 440cc injectors, 2.72" ring and disc combo with dark spring will give you 21lbs of boost if tuned right.

how hard would it be to tune to 14psi or so? do i have to go to the dyno or can i just use a wideband?
