 my friend has a 92 tsi, we went to change his plugs the other day and the one just would ot buge so i just stoped. i was wondering has anyone had this problem i was thinkin of leving his car at my house over night and spraying some parts buster in the spark plug hole and see what happend in the morning. what do u guys think?

It's worked for me in the past. The only other thing I can think of is to run it for a little and then try to pull it while the block is warmed up a little.

If it's that tight, it's most likely cross-threaded. Be ready to do a HeliCoil job on it. Not all that nasty, use some grease on the tap to catch the chips.

PB Blaster in the hole won't hurt.

Us a small dab of anti-seize on the threads of the new plugs.
