Hey guys, i went to change the plugs on my 97 GST and one of the spark plugs is seized.....i just won't come out. I don't want to try too hard because i dont want to strip anything so does anyone know any ways to get this plug out?? thanks everyone!

Well if you cant get it out anyways. Its possibly stripped in there already. You might have to take the head off to get to this one. Then have to have it re-threaded depending on the situation. Can you look down in the hole and see if the plug is rounded off?

ok i dont think its stripped already because it feels like its just locked in place.....i can get the socket over the spark plug and i try to loosen it but it just wont budge....i have tried taking it out with the engine warm but maybe ill just try again to see what happens....any other suggestions? is there anything i can buy that i can pour in there to help loosen the plug?

What? No one suggested PB Blaster??? I would warm up the engine, remove the plug wire, spray pb blaster down into the well and let it sit for a few minutes then give her another try. Another thought might be to use an impact wrench to help break it loose but regardless you are in a sticky situation.
