searched and no luck for axle

Where can I find a axle for a 95 tsi awd 5 speed non locking for passenger side rear. have looked at napa mitsu murrys and all local auto stores.need a new one because I have a seized wheel bearing on my axle and the jerk that had it before me smashed the threaded part on the axle. need one but am not looking for race axles just oem

i got my front ones from advanced auto.. im sure you can get them from either there or autozone unless those places arent near where you live

I can find the fronts at auto parts stores all day long.don't need the fronts need the back and they don't have any.I have tries every junk yards in surrounding areas in other states.I have try junk yards that have part locaters and can't find one.hell have even tried locating on ebay craigslist and online part locaters and nothing need help guys some one has to have one some where

im in a same boat.But i need both rear axles. and yesterday i called my local PepBoys store,and they had them,but its a special order,and it will take 1 week to arrive.And i payed 174 and some change for both i would say Good deal

Only thing that pep boys could get was the stub shaft and they too said it was special order and 50 buk core

You are NOT going to find rear axles at any local parts store...I went though the same thing on my 95 and at the time the only place to get them was at the dealer(I ended up finding a good used one). Mitsu has discontinued these and finding one at a dealer will be pure luck. Luckily dsmgraveyard now make them, but you have to use your inner cup. Check out their site, there is a link on the vendors page. They are very good people to deal with...I called them looking for a used one---it was before they started selling them. When you do get a new axle make sure to use anti-seize on the splines so it doesn't get seized again. GOOD LUCK!!!
