So I finally decided to take the leap to SD and so far i cant even get the car started. It seems like my MAP sensor (Omni 4-bar) is always reading between 29 and 32psi. I ran the car with my gm maf to gather some data and run the SD VE adjust tool, but the suggestions I got were way out of whack as it only made adjustments in the 30 psi range of the VE table. Even with the car off and key on the map sensor is logging 29.7psi. When I unplugged the sensor while logging the readings started jumping all over the place, instead of settling.
I wired everything per ecm instructions using the gm maf cable with sd breakout points. IAT wasn't logged at the time. The map sensor is tapped into the back of the intake manifold with a short vacuum hose.
Do you guys think it's a faulty sensor or I did I do something wrong?

Got it all squared out. It was an electrical issue.
I went out and dialed in my MAF and ran the SDAdjustment tool, got a decent VE table, but had some issues with the car missing at high rpm. I leaned it out to the appropriate AFR but it kept stumbling at redline. Upon a closer look at the log I noticed my injectors were shutting off right around 6800 rpm. So here are a few concerns:
1. Why are my injectors shutting off/ reducing "on" time, right around redline?
2. I was creeping to about 19psi of boost at this log, map sensor was reading properly, yet when you track the SD VE table, it went as far as 30 psi on the scale at 7k rpm?
3. My SD table looks nothing like other tables I've seen. Is it because my injector deadtimes are not zeroed out? That's the deadtimes I ran while i was gathering data from the MAF to use for the SDAdjust tool.
Car idles and drives great, besides the WOT pulls to redline. In the log I did a WOT pull right at 215 sec mark, keep an eye on the injectors...

Any help is appreciated!

Update
Issues with the map sensor and SD table have been fixed. Now the only other problem is why are the injectors cutting out completely by redline?

As you can see, right around 6800 rpm, IDC and injector "on" time go straight to zero. Anyone have an idea why this is happening?
