SD calculations in blowthrough mode

I currently have my 98GST in blow through mode with a GM MAF-T. I'm going to Speed Density in the spring but not before I do a head rebuild. My question is, since I already have the blow through mode setup w/ bov venting, can I still do accurate SD calculations using the current raw MAF numbers and such?
