scratch on cam lobe

hello all. i have a scratch on my cam lobe you can clearly see it but a finger nail can hardly catch it. will its still be ok to be used? i dont know what happened i just bought it like this. its a kelford 280.

If the scratch is not to bad just take some sandpaper or emery cloth or green scotch bright pad and take down the scratch so there is not any high spots. Just do not go to crazy with it ;)

Our motors have roller rockers so they will go right over the scratch with out any issue's:thumb::thumb:

Pictures would be nice, But I say clean them baby's up and use them.
 
I agree with the above, I would not get worried or upset about it. I also recommend the emery cloth.
