Scanmaster 3

Is anyone using a scanmaster 3, I've had mine for awhile and cant really find any support on how to connect to a pc. Im at the point where I need to start datalogging, can anyone help.

I have one and NEVER have got it to log onto a pc. I tried going through their forums but I couldn't figure it out.

I tried the scanmaster fourm as well, I posted almost the same question and the reply I got was to use TMO but he wasnt sure that it will talk thru the USB to serial converters. Has anyone used a palm with the scanmaster?
