I am thinking about purchasing this turbo http://www.slowboyracing.com/more.php?id=4825&

It seems to suit me perfectly. I am going for 400whp on pump gas and maybe 430 on race gas. I am going to run a ported evo o2 housing and a ported out 2g manifold. Here are my questions

I am using FIC 750's with a walboro 255/afpr/dsm link. How much boost should i run for about 85 injector duty cycle?

I also have a 3" gm maf/maft. My boost is totally wrong on dsmlink... how do I fix that? It said I was running 28 lbs of boost an 93% duty cycle on a 14b...when my gauge said about 16.5 (aftermarket obviously).

BTW to all those who read my last post...i finally traded the turbo back and im gonna sell the evo for 200 to him. He is gonna help with the install and is doing all my porting.
 
On the dsmlink forums there are two posts that describe how to properly calibrate the gm maf.
 
Your other question doesn't make much sense. Why are you shooting for a specific duty cycle? The answer would depend on a few factors but I wouldn't worry too much about it.
 
I just want to max out my injectors... I would think that ouwld make aorund 430 whp...just wondering if anyone had any experience with this turbo.
 
I have seen 550cc injectors make 423 whp on a buschur 20g. If you wanted to go a little bigger, I will sell you the SBR G60-1 I have for much less. It is externally gated and has around 5000 miles on it. I bought it from another person to put on my car but eneded up putting a GT35R on instead. I would sell the turbo with lines and a 2g 02 housing blocking off the wastegate side flow for $575 shipped or the items before with a tubular manifold and HKS 40mm for $1050 shipped. I don't know of many people running that perticular turbo but many people are running the one I have.

If you still want that turbo, I will have a new one to sell in a few days. I am buying a car on Wednesday that has a brand new one on it. The guy bought the turbo and swapped a GVR4 tranny on the car. The tranny was bad so it hasn't been driven. It has been started with a few times, but the car hasn't been driven since it was installed. It is internally gated.
