On my iPhone so can't quote, but yeah Cali roads are nice, etter than new York (where I'm originally from) but not better than Chicago roads (where I've lived),new jersey roads are ok (lived there too). I'm 22 and lived/visited 1/5th of the US.

A car note is a note from the financing dept saying how much you owe in your lease/financed car.

And to keep it on track, @Malone, lives in a place in Cali that I never heard of
