Still bigger guys are always better than skinny guys.. Just start lifting some weights and eating alot of meat, bread, fish, milk, taters, you'll put on some weight real quick, I promise..But remember to work out and don't let it sit there or you WILL GET FAT real quick!!!After you put on like 10 15 lbs stop eating so much. Oh yeah smaller portions with snacking on like oatmeal, fruit, vegatables during the day..during and after your weight gain, snacking will help you burn off the smaller portions and keep your metabolism up...
