EDM- My uncle has been in the coast guard his entire life. They take good care of you, especially if you live on base. You get to move around every 2-4 years, or stay stationary if you would like. He just bought a huge house in TN, and they have it made. He's 45 and he'll be able to retire with full benefits at the age of 50. The gov. got him hooked up...

Chin up man!! I was recently laid off and I'm collecting unemployment which isn't even enough to cover my bills and the only places hiring pay min wage but I keep a positive outlook. When you start getting depressed is when you start to go under because it shows. Depression affects everything around you in a negative way.
