This metal strip was missing from my front bumper, I'm surprised it wasn't flappin' around all over. I found this at a junkyard and put it in, I'm looking around to see if there is anything else missing.

Yea you have to pull off the bumper, it is a pia at first but i done this like a number of times. The book states you have to remove the headlights to pull the bumper and it also says you have to remove the bumper to pull the headlights off.
