Should know my aunt works at a mexican cheese factory...It's actually not bad.She brought one of those big plates of it for xmas one year..Pretty good stuff.Better than california cheese but, I could make better cheese than that..

Should tell carlos I actually worked at a cheese plant a couple years ago..We made fetta and brie..One of the two was gross..Special note, don't ever work at a cheese factory..
