Hasen't been stationed overseas where it is the local custom to blow thru red light. It is very rude to yeild at yellows and and is imparitive to floor it from 0-110 on green. At the larger intersections when light changes from green to yellow, you must stop and do burnout in middle of intersection until noone can see stop light. At least that is my experience via US Army.
