You guys know something funny? I have been having problems reading vacuum with a glowshift boost gauge I purchased a few years back. Ever since the time I got it its always read 8-9 inhg vacuum. I finally got around to calling them yesterday and the guy said it is normal for dsm's to have a vacuum of 8-9inhg. I hung up so irritated... our cars cant even run on 8-9in....

Should make sure he doesn't have boost leaks. You have stock cams?

Definitely not boost leaks when gm3bar reads -20 in dsmlink. Nothing like an air compressor hooked up to the turbo inlet plus soap and water on every coupler. Bubbles real good...

btw I do have stock cams.

Should check the line running to the boost gauge, and where is it tapped into?

Already replaced the lines twice. the last with really thick lines. Still the same issue. the lines have plenty of space and room to move around.
