should know I need to lose a bunch of weight. I never been this big in my whole life and I feel down about it. people were telling me wow i never seen you this big and just looking at pics they took of me made me real sad. I'm going to lose weight lots of it this year.

Knows its tough. I'm a big guy too, 6' 220lbs, but I'm also pretty strong, even though, I'd like to lose some.
