Should tell me if I'm right but isn't flapjacks different than pancakes?

I know of terms pancakes, flapjacks, lumberjacks, and the thin ones called crepes.

Also, in response to that video, I can't find a clip but I'm thinking of the scene in Fast Five when they pull up in the hideout after Brian finally beats Dom in the charger cop car race.
