Should know I got my Talon back together yesterday but it wouldn't start so I gotta figure it out today.

Should know it ran but it had low compression and the water wasn't circulating, hence the headgasket and water pump.

So you replaced that and now it won't start..I'd say something very simple like starter connections..Make sure battery is hooked up..The usual..

Knows that's what I'm going to do. I'm gonna double check I put the CAS in right and check for spark and fuel.

Does your tach move when cranking?

Should know the road are very bad here with snow and ice, my Mazda slid all the way down my driveway in park and the brakes or nothing could stop it. I got lucky no one was driving down the road.
