You're correct. It's a euro lip as well as the OEM lip, and in the US, it was only on the '90 Eclipse GS Turbo and for just one model year, which makes it a very rare item. The '91 and up GS Turbo had the identical body style as the GSX. Here's an original official Mitsubishi pic from 1989.

I cant help but notice that the picture of the maroon car that is taking of the rear shows that he has his tires mounted incorrectly. Anyone else notice this?
