SAFC2 knob help

I had an SAFC on the old car, but my new one has the SAFC2 with the knob instead of the buttons. I can't figure out how to use it. If I turn the knob I get a plus sign with different features, but can't figure out how to select one and make adjustments. Thanks.

when you get to the plus sign with the different features, simply push straight down in the toggle stick it select it
