Ok here are a list of my mods:
built 1st gen. cyclone engine: Eagle rods, JE pistons 9:1 comp., stock cylcone head
sheetmetal intake manifold
JDM throttle body
Turbonetics t3 t4 t60 turbo
SAFC (obviously)
3"downpipe
test pipe
3.5" apexi dunk exhaust
denso 660 injecors
walbro 255
fuel pressure regulator
HUGE front mount intercooler w/ hard piping
greddy type s
MAF translator with 3.5" gm maf
turbontecis evolution ext. wastegate
stainless turbonetics header
boost controller
NX express N-tercooler sprayer (prefer my tuning be without this being used because im not going to use this very often)
NO VACCUMM -- it was all removed and capped off.
NO A/C -- also removed

i think thats basically it -- i plan on running 22 psi with this setup and HAVE absolutely no idea where to start on the settings. ESPECIALLY since i also have the GM MAF setup. if anyone could give me some rough figures or starting points, that woudl be awesome

I would start around -25 up top and slowly go leaner from there. That is of course if the MAF-t isn't out of calibration and throwing things off.

Use your logger to set your lows.
 
my translator is setup to use open atmospheric blow off valve, not tuning. forgot to mention that. ALSO i do not have alogger. anymore advice??
 
without a logger or a wideband, your really doing nothing but guessing, tuning based on the math of injector size difference will get your car to start, but it wolnt take you much farther then that. for example, the math of my set up vs stock injector size says i should be around -15, dyno tuning had put me at -28 across most of my map, every car is different and needs some way to measure AF to tune by.
