You must mean throttle position
Try to set the low at 20 and the high at 80

you have several options related to the throttle. I don't have the manual in front of me so I'm going from memory.

First is to set it for a throttle that increases in voltage as you open it.
The teach it what the min and max voltages are by opening and closing the throttle. I think this is what your asking.
Last is setting the throttle positions for low and high NE settings. This sets the two end points where the only one or the other set of corrections applies. In between these two points the actual correction is interpolated.
