General SAFC II setup help?

i just bought a talon with a 16g 550cc inj and wally 255 and a 3in exhaust. i have a zeitronix wideband to install on it. i want to start tuning with the afc but i dont have a manual to go by and the car is running really rich. i was wonderin what i could put the settings to to run 20lbs and not blow it up
