picked up a fmic off a saab early today because I had extra cash so my question is, is it worth the hassle/ ive read some bad and good things about it. can anybody give me a definite answer please?

My answer would be it is not worth it. But that's just me. I would honestly rather have something bigger and at least have metal end tanks.

Not worth it at all. U can grab a fmic from ebay with metal ends for a couple bucks. Pretty inexpensive and good quality from what i hear. I have a Buscher Fmic so i cant say first hand.

In EU we use to use these for the Opel/Chevrolet Calibra. Used to last ok for Phase 2/3 EDS. However, let me warn you that we use the BIGGER version of it.

You wasted your extra cash on that thing. Ebay FMIC kits are cheap enough. Or save your money until you can get a kit with a good core like ETS.

I'm not using it. Been saving and waiting to buy a vrsf fmic kit. Only spent 20$ on it so its not a terrible loss

It would more than likely have to be done mostly custom. Save yourself some frustration man and get the VSRF kit when you can.
