s-afc wiring diagram needed asap please!!

Can some one send me a wiring diagram to hookup my s-afc?? I would like to make sure i have it hooked up right.

ok
red wire= pwr
green wire= rpm signal
i only have one ground wier = black
yellow wire= air flow signal output
white wire= air flow signal input
i have a blue wire wer dose it go i have it connected to the throttle signal
after instal chek engine light came on
