Hey guys, I've gotta 98 automatic GST spyder with EVOIII 16G, 550cc inj, 255lph walbro fuel pump, XS AFPR, Greddy 24r FMIC, and u know, all that good junk with basemap DSMLink chip. Could someone please help me out cuz the car runs like BUTT below 2000RPM.. like it's misfiring or puttering or something. Anything above that is fine. It seems a little sluggish on the top end but i haven't really pushed it that hard up there.

I have a log of me driving around, I was wondering if you guys could help me out and answer why it's running so poopie below 2000rpm. And yes the MAS is plugged in!

I had 2 CELs but i cleared them... one was for the front o2 and another said htat cyl 3 was misfiring and just today it said that misfire in cyl#2 was detected... damn, I hate being a n00b please help!!!

a few logs are attatched, please tell me if this is NORMAL!!!

the complete problem so u guys understand what's going on so u guys can help me...

When I first start the car, it drives fine even below 2000rpm. It rides like a normal car, a champ, I love it. the fuel pressure is set at 43psi with the hose off. and when i put it on, it drops to like the mid 30s or something like how it's supposed to

However, every so often... (not all the time) but just sometimes... it will misfire throughout all the RPMs. And will not be able to builid boost at all.

I just LOVE it SOOO much when i first start it up, cuz it runs SOO perfect. but however, it only takes like 2-3 minutes for it to start running like crap below 2000rpm. And occasionally throughout all RPMs.

After some researching on the boards and talking to certain DSM people, i've come to the conclusion that it's a list of these problems either a combination of or just one:
-Bad plug wires
-Bad Compression.
-Boost leak
-Bad Fuel filter
-Bad o2
-Mismatched injectors

Anyone wanna edit my list?? thanks everyone.

I cant look at your logs but if it runs good at cold startup and get worse as is warms up, I would look at the coolant temp sensor to see if it has a problem. It is located on the thermostat housing and has a 2 wire plug attatched to it.

thanks for the input but it doesn't need to warm up to run like ass. It'll run like ass in like 1 minute... sometimes under a minute. by the time i get to the second stop sign at my neighborhood which takes like 15 seconds... it goes to hell  But those first two pick ups are heaven!! :thumb:

is dsmlink flashing your CEL at you at all ? (knock)
hows the plugs+plug gap + plug wires?
is this a stock 7bolt ?
you have "invert CAS" checked dont ya? try that both checked and un-checkedd

-yeah, i do get a bit of knock but I have my factory boost gauge set to it.
-Plugs are NGK ... they have the duel tip thing so i'm not exactly sure on how to gap it... i kept it the way it is.
-stock 7bolt internally, yes. Never had this problem before i did all the mods at once.
-Where is the invert CAS checker??? It's not in my DTCs???
