running bad

so i finished my 6 bolt swap and now its running bad its done it before and it eventually went away but i want it to stop

it will start and run but it seems like its misfiring and checked the spark in all of my cylinders and its sparking. could it possibly be my injectors??
it kinda sounds like a subaru

is your ignition timing set correctly?

start pulling injector plugs.... pull one at a time..see if the idle changes, if it does and starts idling worse, then its not that one, but if ## idle doesnt change then u have a bad injector.... simple test

ignition time is on and i will test the injectors tomorrow. does anyone else have a suggestion
