RnR exhaust question

I am looking into getting an RnR exhaust but I wanted to know if the cat delete exhaust setup was flanged so I could put a cat on when needed. if not, do they make a flanged straight pipe?

it slips in, so you can get it welded or clamped on.

so the catless exhausts don't have longer downpipes b/c i thought they did?

I orderd my RnR with a cat, but I believe they basically just make the downpipes up and cut out a section to fit the cat, so yeah the DP for the catless setup is probably longer than the one with-cat.
