about RNR exhaust...

i recently received a RNR turbo back exhaust and what i ordered was a full stailess steel and it doesnt look like it is ....but i dont know much about metals so if you guys could tell me if it is stailess or not...

Looks like SS to me. Its just not polished. I got a custom aluminized exhaust and the piping is black.
