Rims from a Shadow for Winter Tires

I picked up some 14" winter tires and need some steelies for them. A friend of mine has a set from his old shadow, does anyone know if the bolt pattern will work?

They are 5 bolt but I'm unsure of the offet.

I think you will find they are 5x100 bolt pattern.

Yes Shadows are 5x100mm........E/T/L are 5x114.3mm.........So NO GO

In addition, the 14" rims will not clear our calipers.....15" might be tricky....trial fit .
