I was thinking of getting new rims and rubber this spring. And I've been looking at previously posted quetion about lowering with bigger rims. I would love to lower the car but what all will i need to get it done right the first time with out spending $1000 on suspension. Will i need to buy new shocks, struts, springs, coilovers and cambers?? Or what do I absolutly need to replace?? Also I wouldlike to keep decent ride quality... so I was thinking eibach prokit??

Has anyone used the full Tokico Illumina shocka nd spring set up?? It is like $150 cheaper then buying Illumina shocks and Eibach Prokit Springs. Or should I just spend the extra money for the better ride quality?
Tnaks again, Bryan

well you could spend about 900 and get it over with...This would get you some Tein SS coilovers. you can adjust height and 16 stages of damper. This is basically the ultimate suspension set up. Rides good, and you can make it soft or stiff, and put it on the ground if you want.

But if you want you could buy springs and shocks, which will usually set you back about 500 or so.

Or.....if you want you could buy my Tokico Illumina's (5 way adjustable) and either my progress springs or my sprint springs for about 300.

heat your springs up and then cut them

take a saw to your shocks.
ill lose my shit if someone takes this seriously.

I have melted springs. Did you lose your shit yet?

actualy the car came with melted springs, rides like ass, going to get tein ss coilovers def.

spend the money dude you'll thank yourself later.
