retainer ball part number

Okay so my output shaft came out with my transfer case. I dropped everything, opened my fifth gear cover. I looked for the ball but i could not find it. Can I please get the part number for everything I need to get that output shaft back in and snug? Oh also my output bar is still stuck on the transfer case gear. I removed the gear and output bar from the tcase I'm just having trouble trying to get it off. I've used all the methods hammer and fire... would a machine shop be able to do it?
