Those are valve stem seals....not sure if they are OE or some sort of aftermarket setup but they do look OE.

That would be a plastic zip-loc bag in clear. And it's worth nothing. I'll take it from you for free.






Those are valve seals, looks like they are Supertech Brand and they go for about $15. You'd be lucky to get $10. I would just install them if I were you.
