OK so everything on my car so far is running well, but one other problem i had before it replaced this belt was that the belt thats on the oil pump and alternator snapped off, i was just driving and then it seemed like it just fell off and got a little bit torn up.

Well my question is do the oil pump pulley, crank shaft, and alternator pulleys all line up exactly in a straight line? When i stand in front of my car looking at the motor, i look down at the belt to see if its all straight but it looks like its not perfectly straight? Is this normal?

I think your getting things a bit confused. Your oil pump is driven by the timing belt.
I think your talking about the WATER pump pulley, alternator pulley, and crank pulley (not the crank shaft).
And yes, they do line up in a straight line. My guess would be that you have the waterpump pulley on backwards, that would throw the belt out of alignment.
A picture would help

alright, thats probably it, but i will check tomorrow. Thanks man.

HOORAY!!!! you guys were right it was put on wrong, all seems well for now. Thanks guys.
