[RESOLVED] not holding boost on stck turbo.. why!!???

Ok I have front mount bov and everything that can bolt on for now. but I cannot even hold 14psi it right away drops to 10psi... it does this in all gears could it be the boost controller of boost leak?

it can be one of them, but do a boost leak test first and see what happen,, my car was doing the same thing and it was a boost leak.

On a t25 that's normal. The wastegate arm isn't strong and the turbo itself wasn't designed to hold boost higher than 10-12 psi steadily.
Time for an upgrade ?

time to put in my turbo... dam cant have a daily driver for NOTHING .. GT30R will be cool i guess I know I could hold at least 14psi gosh I asked for help not rudeness.. but cool leak test and new boost controller. if that dont work I'll put in my turbo and everything else.

Sorry if that was taken the wrong way, wasn't trying to be rude. Just agreeing that on a t25 that's normal. The wastegate arm isn't strong and the turbo itself wasn't designed to hold boost higher than 10-12 psi steadily. There have been others on here run high boost on a t25, but if you dig you'll find the wg act has usually been modded. My 90 was dumping boost similar to yours with my 16g before I got a tmo stg3,,,fixed everything (I'm guessing because of boost or fuel cut??), might be something to consider. In anycase, wasn't trying to be rude and hate that you took it that way.As far as daily driver, completely understand, I'm running a Evo3 16G at 20PSI on my daily with no probs for over 2 yrs, as long as you keep an eye on your knock, you should be fine with whatever you run. Hope you get it figured out, and sorry I couldn't help.

it was the dumb boost controller the spring was on backward idk how i didnt move it but it was stuck. thanks for the help now the safc isnt working!! no!
