Is it bad to run my wastegate stright to my bcs? My jpipe dont have a nipple on it,I only boost to 15psi. It seems to run great this way.

You have to have a boost pressure source somewhere in the setup. If not, you have no boost control, which is bad.
Search around for adding a nipple to the j-pipe. Then run the stock vaccuum lines as they were on your stock turbo.
