Ok i know enough to change the rings...but ive never changed rings before. so i was wondering if smeone could plz fill me in on how much work it will be, what i need, and maby a list of what to do...anything worth knowing with be good. thanks

i am assuming piston rings

yes it will be a lot of work you need a gasket set and to make sure the rings are gapped right and to hone the cylinder and to make sure the cylinder is not out of round and you will need bearings

Yes sure..be prepared for lots of Fun.
Are you doin it with Engine in car or out?
in anycase..before buying anything, take stuff apart and wash to the best possible degree. Now take out your measuring tools and start measuring...and comparing to service limits.
By now you have enough info to go shoppin..hell you might do your internal upgrading while you have access.
