Like most of you, there are many times where you remove a piece of trim, only to break the retaining clips holding them on, then what? If you go to the junkyard and pull those off, odds are that they are just going to break as well due to their age. Well I finally remembered to look this up, and behold!

Mitsubishi Clips And Fasteners

All NEW fasteners for Mitsubishi/DSM/Import Vehicles, all probably made with better plastics than what was used originally. God knows Ill be ordering several kinds of these today :thumb:

In addition to their Mitsubishi Section, here is the Chrysler Section you can browse through and see if you find what you need in there as well:

Been using and recommending clipsandfasteners.com for a few years now. Also I found Jeep door panel clips were the same as my 1gb side skirt trim. No idea of they were stock on the car, but they fit just fine.

Thanks guys. I am re doing my whole interior and right now every panel is out of the car and being repainted. I am sound deadening the entire car and doing some custom fiberglass work to panels and wanted to replace all the fasteners as well because we all know once you take them out they are either broke, or not near as strong as they were when they went in the first time and rattles start happening. Saved me some time because now I don't have to search for a place to get them!

After removing both sets of door panels this weekend, I was afraid I was going to have to make due with hardware store quality replacements. Thanks for the link!

Now all you have to do is find me a site that sells the original 1g checker stickers that go on the lower half of the car.

Call JNZtuning.com and talk to Paul. He has been recreating a lot of the stickers that were used in the 1G and 2G cars. They look absolutely like the original.

How much does he charge per sticker?

:dsm: still still the 2g Stickers, not sure if they do the 1g, but I doubt they would.

Thanks for the link, I bought a bunch from the dealer and they were $1.67 each!

Guys im bringing this back from the dead, any hint on which one to order for the door panels.
