Replacement Engine Help

I am considering buying a 97 GST that has no engine. It has a few mods such as:
Apexi N1 downpipe and cat back
Greddy front mount intercooler
Apexi S-AFC 2
Walboro 255lph in tank fuel pump
Autometer A/F ratio and boost guages
Autometer pillar pod
I-Rotors crossdrilled/ slotted rotors
Eibach 1½" Pro-Kit & Camber Kit
B&M short shifter and chorome and red Greddy shift knob
HKS Type 1 turbo timer
Eclipse CD player (model CD5433)
So my question is where could I get a good engine for the car and what about an install?

You can buy a built motor for around $4k or so, so if you spend 1.5 - 2K on the car (assuming it has a transmission aswell) then you will be ahead.

There are a lot of good shops in the NW that do good DSM work. I would either buy a stock motor or you can get a built one if you want. If your not sure I would definately have a shop install it though.
