Alright, Here we go.

Car: 98 Eclipse GS-T, frontmount, stock turbo, Greddy profec b boost controler... about it
The engine was brand new... has 10 K on it now

What happened:

I was driving one day and i was getting white smoke, so i took it to Satan to get a look at.
They said the white smoke was from Headgasket or rings... so i told them to do a compression test first and let me know... then i told them to check the turbo. They did a compression test and numbers across are fine... turbo is gone... Turbo was original... so i expected it to go soon. I got the car back and it couldn't start. I just got some weird noise comming from the passenger side... like something was spinning (with a sort of metal grinding sound)... i could of sworn it sounded like the starter turning... but replaced the starter and now the car starts. Come to find out, I see only 2 cylinders running, cylinder 1 and cylinder 2... other 2 no. I checked the spark plugs... replaced them. Replaced the spark wires. Checked the injectors... fine, coil is fine. So I get an engine code afterwards for the CPS sensor. So i take it back to satan and they said the CEL cleared on its own... alrighty... so it still is running on 2 cylinders and satan tells me this .......

"When we lifted the car up, we noticed the oil pan gasket comming out due to too much pressure from the crank"

Question:

What does Satan mean with the oil gasket and can the CPS be causing the other 2 cylinders to not run?

I searched first and was able to narrow down the spark plugs, wires, coil, tested the injectors, checked caps on ECU, etc... Now i'm stumped with the comment from satan and this badboy running on 2 cylinders.

THANKS ALOT DSM COMMUNITY!!!!!

The CPS I'm referring to is the CAM position sensor... i should have been more clear, sorry about that.

I tried searching cases for how the Cam position sensor fails and the symptoms.... but usually i found that the car doesn't start at all with no engine turning, which was the case i had before i replaced the starter. The other was that the engine would turn a couple of times... but then revert back to what i mentioned earlier... no respose whats so ever....

Thanks for the first post man

THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE!!!!! Please keep posting

Update:

I replaced the Cam position sensor. It didnt do much. Car is still running on 2 cylinders... I should also note... The turbo blew as i was on the highway, i drove it to the mechanic and all cylinders where running, just a blown turbo. I dropped it off and then i got a call that the car couldn't start. I replaced the starter... car starts and runs... again, just 2 cylinders.

I NEED HELP REALLY BAD GUYS:..... PLEASE POST!!!!!! The car has been like this for a month now and i can't be spending more money for Towing and listening to 'i think its that' stuff...

THANKS AGAIN
