Replaced Headgasket, Wont idle

Ive got a bit of a problem. I bought a 1990 eagle talon awd with a known bad headgasket and just finished putting everything back together. Now when i start the car it starts really hard and wont hold idle if i'm not pressing on the gas.
When I first bought the car the idle was a little weird too, but still would idle.
I took a sound recording, not the best but it may help.

Most likely it's either a vacuum leak or your timing is off a little bit. Check those things out and see what you find.

Start by getting a compression test done to your car. Check for any loose vacuum lines, hoses, and make sure your mas plug is connected also.
Another thing, did you ever replace your fuel filter ? It could probably be real dirty and clogged.

Sounds like the timing may be off a little hard to tell. You can tell its a turbo car by the noisy lifters

Has anybody messed with the SAS or BISS its the screw in the throttle body. try adjusting it out a little bit and this should bump up the idle. What is the car currently idling at curb idle w no accessories.. should be around 900

I think i'm just going to redo the timing belt tomorrow to just make sure its all good.
went over this engine top to bottom a few times and everything seems to be connected that should be.
Ill pull the fuel filter tomorrow and check it out aswell.
MAS is connected, SAS is untouched, and I played around with the BISS a little bit today and it helped a little, but not enough to keep it idleing.
The problem is it ISENT idleing, it just cuts out and dies shortly after I let off the gas.
