has anyone replaced there Carrier bearings before???? I dont wana inject it with silicone. if I can, ide like to do it my self. anyone ever done it????

my cousin and i did it in 2.5 hours, from jacking it up to jacking it down. we replaced all u-joints and both carrier bearings. we never did this before either. also this was on his 14yr old driveshaft that was rusted to hell. jus make sure that you have a good gear puller, and might as well do the u-joints if your gonna take it off.

How did you do it???? Did you take it out? or is it possible to do it under the car???

Was it easy??? Did you have to get it Balanced when u where done????
