removing turbo

I know there is a thead that has the steps in it for removing your turbo but I cant seem to find it, does anyone know the link. Can I port the wastegate hole with out removing the turbo.

Her is a link to vfaq. http://www.vfaq.com/mods/turbo-swap.html That should be all you need. There is also a section on porting you should check out. Oh well I guess I was a little late.

First unbolt the exhaust from your turbo. Then unbolt your manifold from the engine. Finnally unbolt the turbo from your manifold. Now you can see the oil lines and the water lines. Make sure you have drained your fluids before you remove the lines. Do not port your turbo while its still on your car. If you do you wont be able to make sure there arent any shavings that could go into the engine.
