Removing the Turbo?

Hi, I just wanna know how hard is it to remove a turbo, I have a s16g and I need to port out the o2 housing ect. before I get my turbo back exhaust so i dont get boost creep. Also will I just need to buy a gasket for the o2 housing and exhaust manifold when i put it back on? I havent really installed alot of things before just a walbro 255, ic piping, thermostat, ect. and alot of other small things. What kinda tools will i need to buy besides the o2 sensor wrench thing, and will I need a torque wrench? Thanks for the help guys.

Torq wrench really isn't needed.
I'll post a link to a article I wrote for an exhaust install.
You will basically follow the same rules for the turbo tho.

Torq wrench really isn't needed.

Agreed. Personally, I like German torque values, ie. "goodentight."

Just make sure to be VERY EASY on the bolts for the oil return line to the oil pan if you remove it completely.

there both steal and re-useable. hopfully you allready have the larger SS gasket you can get at places like RRE ...etc. ?
