I have a 92 6 bolt. I'm trying to replace my balance shaft belt currently and cant get the belt arond the crankshaft sprocket.

Do I have to take the crankshaft sprocket off to get the bs belt off? If so, how do I get this sprocket off?

Thanks,
Jim

Right by the balance shaft sprocket, there should be a tensioner. It holds tension on the belt. You can loosen that and your belt shouldn't be difficult to take off/replace. If you need to take the crank sprocket off, use an impact and gronk on it for a while. Also, you can put a 1/2 breaker bar in the end of it, put it against something, and use the engine to "bump" the engine.
