Refreshing stock 2gb wheels?

Wanting to clean up my stock 2gb talon wheels. I currently have this plastidipped but I'm tired of That look. Any advice how to give them a good clean? The have some curb rash but mostly just dirty. Any good tire cleaners out there for 20 year old dirt ? Also I would like to refinsh the chrome lip. Anyone know how to do this?

Mothers polish ball and cone works well. You may want to take them to a place that does rim repair and see if they have a big polishing wheel. It would only take them a few hours to polish them to a mirror shine.

I like using Turtle Wax's Rim Clean. It's in a translucent orange bottle.
